Product or survey pricing reflects current market values. Despite precautions to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. Gold Depot Inc. is not responsible for incorrect pricing due to technical failures or system malfunctions. Survey submissions affected by errors may be canceled, and participants notified.
8. Fraud Prevention
Suspected fraudulent activity may result in cancellation or delay of entries or accounts. Gold Depot Inc. complies with anti-money laundering regulations and may request additional identification for certain transactions.
9. User-Submitted Content
By contributing reviews, comments, or other material, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for usage. You confirm ownership and agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content.

18. Messaging Services

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and notifications will be sent via SMS to users who opted in. Messages can be unsubscribed by sending “STOP,” after which confirmation will be sent and further texts will cease. To resume, users must re-opt in. Replying “HELP” provides assistance, while carriers are not accountable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard messaging fees may apply. Message frequency varies, and inquiries about mobile or data plans should be directed to the wireless provider.
